Lauren Chang Joins AccelDev as Counsel

Lauren joined Accel-Dev as Counsel in January 2024. Before coming to Accel-Dev, she was an Associate at Vinson & Elkins, LLP, where she advised project developers on utility-scale wind and solar project financings.  Lauren is a graduate of Columbia Law School and Wesleyan University. Lauren is a member of the bar in New York.

As Counsel at Accel-Dev, Lauren will oversee various aspects of renewable energy deals, including structuring agreements for wind and solar projects, navigating regulatory frameworks, negotiating financing terms, and ensuring compliance with environmental and energy policies. With her background in advising project developers on utility-scale wind and solar project financings, Lauren brings valuable expertise to support Accel-Dev's renewable energy initiatives.
